I saw that too and thought the same thing. My Aunt had the same thing happen to her in the Sixties – or at least that think it did. They didn’t have the same ultrasounds and all that back them, but the doc was fairly sure.

Superfetation.
I ordered a” Yum Yum” at the local restaurant once, a brownie with chocolate syrup, ice cream, whipped cream; and the waitress asked if I wanted nuts on it.
“That would be superfetatious,” I said.
So she didn’t put any on.
